By requesting a commission you agree to the following:
• I reserve the right to decline any commission.
• If a character does not belong to you in any way (fanart, fan OC, gift, etc.) you MUST inform me of the original creator so proper credits can be given.
• Please be patient, if you have a deadline please inform me BEFORE making a payment.
• I will send two progress images (sketch and lineart) in which you may request any changes to be made. Be clear in EVERYTHING you would like adjusted, as I will only ask about wanted changes twice. Major adjustments outside of this may have an additional fee.
• Commissions will be posted with appropriate credits given. If you DO NOT want the artwork to be posted or would like to remain anonymous in the post, let me know before I finish the piece for you!
• My art is for personal/private use only, commercial use can be discussed (additional fees may apply)You are NOT permitted to:
• Claim any art created by me as your own (this includes reposting without proper credits)
• Use my work for ANY kind of blockchain tech (including but not limited to NFTs, Cryptocurrency, etc.)
• Resell, trace, edit, recolour, sell prints of, or otherwise attempt to alter and/or profit from my art (Unless explicit permission is given to you by myself).
• Use any of my art for AI learning purposesYou are permitted to:
• Repost art containing your own characters, provided you
properly tag and credit me as the artist.
• Hold a commission spot before payment for up to a week.Payment:
• Payment is made in full BEFORE I start your piece.
• If I am unable to finish your piece, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the work.
• If you change your mind about wanting a commission, you will only be refunded the amount for the work I have not yet done. Note this DOES NOT cover PayPal fees.
• Please ensure the amount being paid matches the AUD price, if unsure, feel free to ask for a payment request from me to ensure correct amount is paid.
